The Depew Fire Department is currently sponsoring a committee responsible for developing and building a new firefighter’s memorial in Firemen’s Park, in addition to sprucing up the park itself. A memorial with granite stones, evergreens, and an engraved brick walkway is being built and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2005.
Firemen’s Park is located at the corner of Terrace Boulevard and Erie Street in the Village of Depew and is open to the public every day from dawn to dusk.
